My Promise to You
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires a lot of work and focus in a relatively small amount of time. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you select me to inspect your property, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort.
I am a Certified Professional Inspector with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). InterNACHI exceeds most state requirements for licensing and membership. InterNACHI offers a wealth of information and events to keep their inspectors up to date. To claim membership requires continuous education and course completion from the InterNACHI school. They conform to a strict code of ethics and standards of practice as expected by the home inspection community.
I was mentored, in the field, by Assure Home Inspections, inc. After four years under a mentor, I made the decision to be self-employed. We maintain a friendship and business relationship that helps us to better serve the public.
I have a background in general construction, carpentry, iron work and rehab construction. Most recently I was a field technician in the telecom industry. I have a lifetime of field work and customer service that rests on foundation of communication. I have a wide range of trade and tech skills that apply to home inspections.
The home inspection isn’t over when I leave the home. A good inspection report can take a few hours to prepare. You may have questions or comments that you would like addressed. Feel free to contact me.
