We’ve updated our online scheduling system! This new system will allow real estate professionals and clients to schedule online with greater ease and confidence.

Where to Schedule?

The live scheduler has been placed at many convenient places on the website and google page. From the Blue Anchor Property Inspections Home page, Click the large blue button. Or, the ‘schedule now’ button will be in the footer of every page. The live scheduler is also available at the bottom of this blog post.

Check Availability!

Easily view availability from the public calendar. Available days will be highlighted in blue on the calendar. Available time slots will be listed below the calendar. Grey dates are either completely booked or too far out (more than two weeks) to schedule. Time slots are required by the software, but can be flexible. Lock in your time frame (Morning/Afternoon/Evening). Then, Call or text if you would need to make some adjustments. All changes are updated in real time.

Choose Your Services

Choose whether you’re having a house, townhome or condo inspected. Choose the appropriate square footage, based on the public listing. Choose any other services that you would like performed at the inspection (Radon Testing/ Mold Testing/ Sewer Scope, etc.)

Note: Commercial and Multi-unit Inspections will require contacting the company for a quote. Online scheduler only applies to common residential transactions.

Instant Booking

Completed requests will save that time slot in our calendar and wait for confirmation from our admin. This will remove the time slot from the public calendar and ensure that no one else can save that time slot.
